Over the years, I’ve learned that a compelling image is one where a crucial element to the story is purposely omitted. Upon study, the viewer brings the missing piece and closes the circle and instantly becomes invested. Mystery covers provide the space to really explore this concept. Done right and people are left asking the questions that can only be answered on the pages within. So, whodunnit?
